Decades 5 is the only producer in the world devoted to the 5th Bordeaux Varietal, Petit Verdot. Known primarily as a blending grape to add color or tannin in Bordeaux based blends, Petit Verdot has seldom been seen as a standalone wine due to the challenges of achieving fully ripe fruit.
